Your chiropractor and/or acupuncturist reviews your medical history, discusses your symptoms and health concerns, examines you, and walks you through a recommended treatment plan. Unsure about committing? Ask about a complimentary 15-minute consultation first.

Care is tailored to you, and it may combine chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, massage therapy, nutritional guidance, and rehab exercises, depending on your needs and goals.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept the following insurances: BCBS, Aetna, Providence, PacificSource, UnitedHealthcare, TriWest, workers' compensation, as well as motor vehicle accident insurance. Our team can provide a verification of benefits for each of our services either prior to booking or after booking and prior to your visit.

Yes. Regardless of who was at fault, your auto insurance fully covers each passenger in the car for up to $15,000 in medical expenses, including all the services D'Vida Clinic offers. Contact us today to verify your claim and coverage.
Auto accident careWhat if I don't have insurance?
You're still welcome at D'Vida. Plenty of our patients pay out of pocket. Call the clinic and we'll go over current rates and help you choose the care that fits your budget.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for chiropractic, acupuncture, or massage care. Book online or call us and we'll get you scheduled.

A photo ID, your insurance or auto claim information if you have it, and comfortable clothing you can move in. You can also save time by requesting your appointment online first.

Plan on your first visit running longer than a typical follow-up: your practitioner reviews your health history, examines you, and walks you through a recommended care plan. When you book, we'll tell you exactly how much time to set aside.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. Just call the clinic as soon as you know and we'll find you a new time. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to offer your spot to another patient.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
We're at 3835 SW 185th Ave, Suite 400, Beaverton, OR 97078, about 20 minutes outside of Portland, with free parking at the building.
