Bret was born and raised an Idaho boy. He grew up as the youngest of eight siblings and carried within him a wide-eyed wonder about the world. Bret trained as an LMT at East West College of Healing Arts, which cultivated a curious and intuitive approach for him.

If you choose to work with Bret, he is committed to supporting you to become your most connected, grounded, resilient self. Bret seeks to provide a restorative, trauma-sensitive, and therapeutic touch with every massage. Together you will explore breath work, myofascial tissues, Tuina (Chinese massage), trigger points, Muscle Energy Techniques, PNF, and joint mobility. Bret can provide light to very firm pressure depending on the client's needs and preferences.
