Karla is one of the first smiles you'll see at the front desk. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings years of customer-service experience to the practice — whether she is checking you in, sorting out insurance paperwork, or finding you an appointment that actually fits your week.

Outside the clinic she is studying at Portland Community College to become an ultrasound technician. Her goal at D'Vida is simple: make sure everyone feels comfortable and knows she's always willing to help.
